Elsie asked me to do a live interview with her and I am now sharing this with you in case you missed it on Sunday at noon on Facebook. I am sharing my reason for my life’s work and how important the “Voices of CJ” program is for parents and teachers raising children ages 2-6. I expressed that this is not a parenting program but it is a skill development program that is critical for children’s success in life. These skills are not innate just like reading and math aren’t. But these need to be taught during this small window of time we have with the emotional brain. Yes, this is more important than children learning to read at an early age. Research makes it very clear now.
